Ordering & Purchasing
We accept Visa, MasterCard and transfer payment direct to bank account on our website.Â
At the moment we don’t accept Swish and Klarna payment. We only accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, and bank transfer.
Delivery
We will be happy to provide you with a tracking number to track your parcel. Please contact us for your tracking number, and then track it on the Postnord website.Â
We use PostNord.
Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout, based on the dimensions and weight of your shipment, and the shipping address.

Yes, absolutely. We are happy to send parcel to you if you live outside Sweden but the shipping cost would be calculated from the shipping address. Please contact us before you order products.
Average arrival time 2 – 4 days with delivery confirmation.
Please contact us as soon as you can. It usually takes 2 – 4 days after delivery confirmation.
Returns
All items purchased on our website are eligible for return. The returned products are unused, and in original condition – complete with original documents and packaging. We recommend you to keep order confirmation and invoice. You have 14 days to return products after you pick up them.
Shipping costs will be on your own responsibility.Â
Yes, you will get a refund with 2 – 3 working days after we receive your returned products.
