When you order and purchase products with us

These Term & Condition of  Delivery & Service terms apply when you buy products at Kalong Asian Market and we deliver products to you in Sweden. VAT according to current law is included in the product price.

Order & purchase
Once we have received your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address.
All prices in the online store are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and VAT is included. Prices are valid until further notice. For products that are included in different campaigns, the prices apply during the current campaign period.
Payment is made by invoice and Bankgiro, and credit card. When we process your payment, we will send an invoice to your e-mail address.

We deliver products in Sweden, outside Sweden and offer local pick-up. After we have received your order, we send packages via Postnord. You will receive a tracking ID that you can track your package. Our normal delivery times are 2 – 4 working days. If delays in delivery occur, we will notify you.

Send as a regular letter

It costs 49 SEK to send as a regular letter and it goes directly to your mailbox. This option does not have a tracking ID.

Tracking parcel with PostNord

Your package will be sent to your nearest postal agent and you will pick it up yourself. You will be notified (via SMS or e-mail) when the package has arrived. The package is usually sent within 2-4 working days after ordering, with the exception of high season when the delivery time may be slightly longer due to high order intake. The carrier’s delivery time will be added. The shipping cost is based on the weight of the order as below.

0 – 50 kg 49 kr (send as regular letter)

max 50 kg 76 kr

max 1 kg 66 kr

max 2 kg 99 kr

max 3 kg 122 kr

max 5 kg 149 kr


You as a customer have a right of withdrawal for 14 days according to law. Remember to always save your proof of purchase, invoice and order information.

The time is calculated from the day you received the item. To be able to return products, you need to show that you have regretted within 14 days of receiving the goods and contact us by phone or e-mail.

Refund of the returned item takes place as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the time the item has been returned or from the day you show that you have returned the item. NOTE! You as a customer are responsible for delivery costs.
